September 25, 2010: The Rodman Ride for Kids is a charity bike ride in support of youth & youth programs throughout the Commonwealth.
This past Saturday, Frank Cruz (BSP Executive Director) and Nick Singh (BSP Mentor & Volunteer) rode 25 miles to support & promote BSP's mission to open doors of educational opportunity.
Nick raised over $1000 to support BSP. Timna Molberger is another wonderful BSP volunteer who has also raised close to $1000 on behalf of the Boston Scholars Program.
With the support of volunteers like Nick and Timna, as well as with the support of organizations like TUGG, we are half way to our monetary goal. Though the actual ride is complete, we are in need of more support. Our Rodman Ride goal is $20,000 by October 30th.
