Holler for Scholars Benefit Party was Friday October 15th. This event was in support of the BSP Scholarship Fund. We recruited a few potential mentors and made new connections. Most importantly we came closer to reaching our $20,000 goal for our Scholars.
Thanks to the Rodman Ride for Kids, 110% of all proceeds from this event can benefit our deserving students.

September 25, 2010: The Rodman Ride for Kids is a charity bike ride in support of youth & youth programs throughout the Commonwealth.
This past Saturday, Frank Cruz (BSP Executive Director) and Nick Singh (BSP Mentor & Volunteer) rode 25 miles to support & promote BSP's mission to open doors of educational opportunity.
Nick raised over $1000 to support BSP. Timna Molberger is another wonderful BSP volunteer who has also raised close to $1000 on behalf of the Boston Scholars Program.
With the support of volunteers like Nick and Timna, as well as with the support of organizations like TUGG, we are half way to our monetary goal. Though the actual ride is complete, we are in need of more support. Our Rodman Ride goal is $20,000 by October 30th.
